Chichester Crematorium
About Us
Chichester Crematorium was opened by the Bishop of Chichester in 1971 and serves the local community from the north-east side of Chichester, set in seven acres of beautiful gardens. The crematorium is open to funeral services of any religious denomination and faith as well as non-religious funeral services and celebrations of life.
The chapel at Chichester Crematorium can accommodate larger funerals and has wheelchair access, a hearing loop and braille hymn books. Services are 30 minutes long as standard, and longer service times, as well as services on weekends, can be arranged for an additional charge. Chichester Crematorium staff are happy to discuss a permanent memorial in the picturesque gardens, where you can come and pay your respects 365 days a year.
